This Catering Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Caterer Name] ("Caterer") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for an event on [Event Date] at [Venue], for an estimated [Number] guests.
Caterer will provide the menu described in [Attachment], including any dietary accommodations (vegetarian, allergies, etc.) noted by Client: [Dietary Notes].
Client agrees to pay [Amount] per guest, plus [Additional Fees — e.g. staffing, rentals, delivery], for an estimated total of [Amount], subject to adjustment based on final guest count.
A deposit of [Amount] is due upon signing, with the balance due [Timing — e.g. 7 days before the event].
Client will provide a final guest count no later than [Number] days before the event. This count is the minimum billed, even if fewer guests attend.
Cancellations more than [Number] days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within [Number] days are billed at [Percentage]% of the estimated total.
Caterer will follow standard food safety practices. Caterer is not liable for reactions to disclosed allergens if Client failed to communicate them in advance, or for issues arising from food not consumed within a safe timeframe after service.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [State / Jurisdiction].
