This Consignment Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Consignor Name] ("Consignor") and [Consignee Name] ("Consignee"), for the following items: [Item List/Description, listed in Attachment].
Consignee will display and offer the items for sale from [Start Date] to [End Date], after which unsold items will be [returned to Consignor / discounted / donated, per Consignor’s instruction].
Items will be sold at [Retail Price, per item or per Attachment]. Consignee retains a commission of [Percentage]% of the sale price; the remainder is paid to Consignor within [Number] days of sale.
Consignee will display and store items with reasonable care. Consignee’s liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items is limited to [Coverage — e.g. the agreed value of the item].
Consignor retains ownership of unsold items at all times; title transfers to the buyer only upon sale.
Consignee will provide Consignor a sales report [Frequency — e.g. monthly] showing items sold and amounts owed.
