This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Company Name] ("Company") and [Employee Name] ("Employee"). Employee will serve as [Job Title], reporting to [Manager Name].
Employee will perform the duties customarily associated with the position of [Job Title], along with any other duties reasonably assigned by Company, and will devote [Full-Time / Part-Time] effort to the role.

Employee agrees to return all Company property, equipment, and materials — including any copies of confidential information — upon termination of employment.
