This Event Equipment / AV Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Rental Company Name] ("Provider") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for an event on [Event Date] at [Venue].
Provider will supply the equipment listed in [Attachment — e.g. speakers, microphones, lighting, projector].
[Provider will deliver, set up, and break down the equipment / Client will pick up and return the equipment], as follows: [Details and Times].
Client agrees to pay a rental fee of [Amount], plus a refundable damage deposit of [Amount].
Client is responsible for damage to or loss of the equipment beyond normal use during the rental period, deductible from the deposit with any excess billed separately.
