This Cleaning Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Cleaner/Company Name] ("Cleaner") and [Client Name] ("Client") for the property located at [Property Address].
Cleaner will perform the following services: [Description — e.g. kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, vacuuming], on a [one-time / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly] basis.
