This Commercial Lease Agreement ("Lease") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Landlord Name] ("Landlord") and [Tenant Business Name] ("Tenant") for the commercial space located at [Property Address] (the "Premises"), consisting of approximately [Square Footage] square feet.
