This Florist Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Florist Name] ("Florist") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for an event on [Event Date] at [Venue].
Florist will provide the arrangements described in [Attachment — Order Details, e.g. bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony flowers], based on the design consultation on [Consultation Date].
Client agrees to pay [Amount], with a deposit of [Amount] due upon signing and the balance due by [Date — e.g. 14 days before the event].
Due to seasonal availability, Florist may substitute flowers of comparable quality and color if specific varieties are unavailable, notifying Client where practical.
Florist will deliver and, where applicable, set up arrangements at [Venue] by [Time] on the event date.
Cancellations more than [Number] days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within [Number] days are non-refundable, given perishable materials are ordered in advance.
