This Handyman / Contractor Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Contractor Name] ("Contractor") and [Client Name] ("Client") for work at [Property Address].
Contractor will perform the following work: [Description of Work]. Work not described here is outside the scope of this Agreement and will be quoted separately.
