This Home Organizing Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Organizer Name] ("Organizer") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for the property at [Property Address].
Organizer will provide organizing services for [Areas/Rooms], including [Services — e.g. sorting, decluttering, organizational systems, product recommendations].

Client retains final decision-making authority over what to keep, donate, or discard. Organizer will not discard items without Client’s direction.

Organizer agrees to keep confidential anything observed in Client’s home during the engagement.
