This Landscaping Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Landscaper Name] ("Landscaper") and [Client Name] ("Client") for the property located at [Property Address].
Landscaper will perform the following services: [Description — e.g. mowing, edging, seasonal cleanup, planting], on a [Frequency] basis during [Season/Year-Round].
