This Live Band / Musician Performance Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Band/Musician Name] ("Performer") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for an event on [Event Date] at [Venue], from [Start Time] to [End Time].
Performer will provide [Number] sets of [Duration] each, covering [Music Style/Set List Notes].
Performer will supply [Equipment List]. Venue must provide [Requirements — e.g. power, stage space, load-in access], as described in [Attachment — Rider, if any].
Client agrees to pay [Amount], with a deposit of [Amount] due upon signing and the balance due [Timing — e.g. on the day of the event].
Performance time beyond the agreed hours is billed at [Overtime Rate] per additional set or portion thereof, if agreed to on-site.
Client may record the performance for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use, broadcast, or distribution requires Performer’s prior written consent.
Cancellations more than [Number] days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within [Number] days are billed at [Percentage]% of the total fee.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [State / Jurisdiction].
