This Month-to-Month Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Landlord Name] ("Landlord") and [Tenant Name] ("Tenant") for the property located at [Property Address] (the "Premises").
This tenancy begins on [Start Date] and continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party as described below.
Tenant agrees to pay Landlord rent of [Amount] per month, due on the [Day] of each month. A late fee of [Amount] applies to rent received more than [Number] days after the due date. Landlord may change the rent amount with [Number] days’ written notice, as permitted by [State / Jurisdiction] law.
