This Moving Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Moving Company Name] ("Mover") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for a move from [Origin Address] to [Destination Address] on [Move Date].
Items to be moved are listed in [Attachment — Inventory List]. Client agrees to disclose any items of unusual value in advance.
Client agrees to pay [a flat rate of [Amount] / an hourly rate of [Amount], estimated at [Number] hours], plus any additional charges for [Extra Services — e.g. packing materials, stairs, long carry].
A deposit of [Amount] is due upon booking, with the balance due upon completion of the move via [Payment Method].
Mover’s liability for lost or damaged items is limited to [Valuation Coverage — e.g. $X per pound per item, or released value, or full-value protection if purchased separately], as permitted by applicable law. Client should review this coverage and consider additional insurance for high-value items.
Cancellations more than [Number] days before the move date are fully refundable. Cancellations within [Number] days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Mover is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (traffic, weather, building access restrictions).
