This Party Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Rental Company Name] ("Provider") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for an event on [Event Date] at [Delivery Address].

Client is responsible for damaged or missing items beyond normal use, deductible from the deposit with any excess billed at replacement cost.
