This Photo Booth Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Provider Name] ("Provider") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for an event on [Event Date] at [Venue], from [Start Time] to [End Time].
Provider will supply a photo booth with [Features — e.g. props, prints, digital gallery], staffed by an attendant for the duration above.
Client agrees to pay [Amount], with a deposit of [Amount] due upon signing and the balance due [Timing].
Client/Venue will provide a space of at least [Dimensions] and access to [Power Requirements] for the booth.
Client and guests receive [Copies/Digital Access] of the photos taken. Provider may use photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless Client opts out in writing.
Client is responsible for damage to the equipment caused by guests’ misuse, beyond normal operation.
Cancellations more than [Number] days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within [Number] days are billed at [Percentage]% of the total fee.
