This Pool Cleaning & Maintenance Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Service Provider Name] ("Provider") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for the pool at [Property Address].
Provider will perform: [Description — e.g. skimming, vacuuming, chemical balancing, equipment inspection], on a [Frequency] basis.
