This Residential Lease Agreement ("Lease") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Landlord Name] ("Landlord") and [Tenant Name] ("Tenant") for the property located at [Property Address] (the "Premises").
The Lease begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date] (the "Term"), unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Lease or renewed by written agreement of both parties.
