This Venue Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Venue Owner/Manager Name] ("Venue") and [Client Name] ("Client"), for use of [Venue Name/Address] on [Event Date], from [Start Time] to [End Time].
Client agrees to pay a rental fee of [Amount], plus a refundable security deposit of [Amount], due [Payment Schedule].
The venue may be used for [Description of Event] only, with a maximum capacity of [Number] guests, in compliance with applicable fire and safety codes.
Client may access the venue for setup starting at [Time] and must complete cleanup by [Time]. Additional time outside this window is billed at [Rate].
Client will [obtain event liability insurance of at least [Amount] naming Venue as additional insured / rely on Venue’s existing coverage], as applicable.
Client is responsible for any damage to the venue or its property during the rental period, deductible from the security deposit, with any excess billed separately. The deposit is returned within [Number] days after the event if no deductions apply.
Cancellations more than [Number] days before the event receive a refund of [Percentage]% of the rental fee. Cancellations within [Number] days are non-refundable.
