If you're sourcing music or stock footage on the client's behalf, clarify who's responsible for licensing fees and who's liable if something gets flagged for a copyright claim after publishing — you, for sourcing it, or the client, for approving and publishing it.

Turnaround time and rush fees. State your standard turnaround from receiving footage/brief to first draft, and whether faster turnaround is available at a rush rate. Video work often comes with tight external deadlines (a launch date, an event), so this avoids assuming "ASAP" is included in the base price.

Credit and attribution. If you want an editing credit on published videos, or explicitly don't need one, say so — this is a minor point most contracts skip but that's easy to settle upfront.
