Nanny / Babysitting Agreement

1. Parties & Children

This Nanny / Babysitting Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Parent/Guardian Name] ("Family") and [Caregiver Name] ("Caregiver"), for the care of: [Children’s Names and Ages].

2. Schedule & Duties

3. Compensation

5. House Rules & Discipline
