This Wedding Officiant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Officiant Name] ("Officiant") and [Couple’s Names] ("Couple"), for a wedding ceremony on [Wedding Date] at [Venue], at [Time].

If Officiant becomes unavailable due to an emergency, Officiant will make reasonable efforts to arrange a qualified substitute. Cancellations by Couple more than [Number] days before the wedding forfeit the deposit only.
