Model and property releases. Weather and rescheduling terms. For outdoor shoots, define what counts as weather bad enough to reschedule, who makes that call, and whether rescheduling costs anything.

Delivery timeline and format. State how many images are delivered, in what format (RAW vs. edited JPEGs), how long editing takes, and whether watermarked proofs are provided before final delivery.
