Pet Boarding Agreement

1. Parties & Pet(s)

This Pet Boarding Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] between [Pet Owner Name] ("Owner") and [Boarder/Facility Name] ("Boarder"), for the boarding of: [Pet Name(s), breed, age].

2. Boarding Dates

Boarding will run from [Start Date/Time] to [End Date/Time] at [Boarding Location/Address].

3. Compensation

Owner agrees to pay [Rate] per night, due [Timing — e.g. upon drop-off]. A deposit of [Amount] may be required to hold the reservation.

4. Vaccination Requirements

Owner confirms the pet is current on [Required Vaccinations — e.g. rabies, bordetella] and will provide proof upon request.

5. Care Instructions

Feeding schedule, medications, and other care instructions are described in [Attachment]. Owner will disclose any known health or behavioral issues.

6. Emergency Veterinary Care

In case of injury or illness, Boarder will contact Owner and, if needed, seek treatment at [Veterinarian Name/Clinic] or the nearest emergency vet. Owner authorizes necessary emergency treatment and agrees to reimburse reasonable vet costs.

7. Liability

Boarder will exercise reasonable care for the pet’s safety and wellbeing. Owner releases Boarder from liability for incidents outside Boarder’s reasonable control, except in cases of Boarder’s negligence.

8. Pickup & Late Fees

Owner will pick up the pet by [Time] on [End Date]. Late pickups are billed an additional [Amount] per day.
